Telehealth physiotherapy appointments:​​

​Appointments are conducted via videoconferencing. Telephone appointments are available on request.

Initial assessments (60min face to face plus 30min of letter writing and team collaboration):

• Private initial assessment: $245

• Medicare initial assessment (must have a written GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) referral): $220 out of pocket, with $61.80 rebate back.

Review appointments:​

• Review (20 min): $120

• Review (40 min): $190

• Review (60 min): $240

GP and Specialist referrals are welcome but not required. ​​

Finacial Assistance

Medicare rebates of $61.80 per appointment are available for people referred by a General Practitioner with an eligible GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) referral. These clients will also be eligible for Autonomic Health's discounted initial assessment rate. ​​​​

Private health rebates may also apply depending on your personal cover. A receipt will be provided so you can process claims with your provider.
