Autonomic Health provides specialist physiotherapy for individuals living with autonomic dysfunction, post-viral syndromes, autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), and related complex conditions.

Our fees reflect the time, clinical expertise, and additional work involved in supporting these presentations.

Care extends beyond the consultation itself and may include clinical reasoning, documentation, and, where appropriate, communication with your broader healthcare team to support coordinated and effective management.

To support accessibility, our fees are set approximately 20% below typical market rates for comparable specialist services.

Appointments

All consultations are delivered via telehealth (videoconference or telephone), depending on your preference.

Fees (2026–2027)

Initial Assessment
A comprehensive 60-minute consultation, including additional time for clinical documentation and care coordination.

• Private: $250

• With GP Chronic Condition Management Plan: $240 out of pocket (Medicare rebate $61.80)

 

Follow-Up Appointments
Extended consultations designed to match the complexity of care required.

• Standard consultation: $200

• Extended consultation: $240

Referrals and Rebates

• Referrals from GPs and specialists are welcome but not required.

• Patients with a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan may be eligible for a $61.80 Medicare rebate per session.

• Private health rebates may also apply depending on your level of cover. Receipts are provided following each appointment for easy claiming.

• We also accept self-managed NDIS plans, WorkCover and Road Accident Claims
