At Autonomic Health, we offer a gentle, supportive approach for people living with dysautonomia, persistent pain, and fatigue. We focus on helping people navigate life‑altering symptoms through compassionate care, education, and evidence‑informed lifestyle and movement strategies.

Autonomic Health is an Australia‑wide online service led by Emma Newton, a physiotherapist based in Melbourne and regional Victoria. Emma has extensive experience working with people living with autonomic dysfunction, pain, and fatigue, with a particular interest in immune‑mediated and post‑viral conditions. She values multidisciplinary care and collaborates closely with her client's local medical teams to support cohesive, connected care.

Emma’s commitment to this work is shaped by both her clinical background and her own lived experience of these symptoms. This dual perspective informs an approach that acknowledges the realities, uncertainties, and emotional load of navigating long‑term, multi‑system conditions. Her practice is grounded in collaboration, validation, and respect for each person’s expertise in their own body.
